Accommodation
The properties featured in the official IGARSS 2027 Hotel Booking Portal are the only accommodation providers with negotiated agreements for conference participants. Reservations made through the portal benefit from the special conference rates and booking conditions arranged for IGARSS 2027.
Participants are welcome to arrange their accommodation independently. However, we recommend booking through the official portal to take advantage of the negotiated rates and conditions.
Accommodation through the portal is available from 10 to 18 July 2027, subject to availability.
If you require accommodation outside the dates available in the booking portal, please contact KOMUM Conferences at igarss@komum.is. We will be happy to check availability with the hotel. Additional nights are subject to availability
Rates and breakfast
All rates are quoted in Icelandic króna (ISK). To view the approximate value in another currency, please use the currency converter – Exchange rates - Landsbankinn
All rates include applicable taxes. Breakfast is included at most hotels but is not included at hostels or apartments unless otherwise specified.
Payment
No payment is required until Notifications of Acceptance to Authors have been issued on 12 March 2027.
A valid credit card is required when making a reservation through the portal to guarantee the booking. Following the Notifications of Acceptance to Authors, guests will have seven days to complete full payment for their accommodation.
Reservation information
Reservations at the negotiated conference rates must be made through the official IGARSS 2027 Hotel Booking Portal.
Please do not contact the hotels directly regarding reservations made through the portal. All changes and cancellations for these reservations must be handled through the Online Housing System or by contacting KOMUM Conferences.
The full cancellation policy and Reservation Agreement will be included in your booking confirmation. Please read these terms carefully.
